About Plankton First
 
Plankton First is the first large-scale cultivation of microalgae in Greece, part of an 18-million-euro investment by the Swiss company Nano Algae Solutions AG. 

Plankton First was established in 2019 with one vision: to become the European hub of microalgae production and supply.

Our mission is to research, develop, produce and commercialise microalgae and high value functional ingredients that can improve public health and prevent diseases. We have developed novel, robust and efficient proprietary technologies that give our microalgae their unique properties.
